At McCarty-Thomas Memorials we are proud to say we have multiple services that are offered. We offer affordable headstones and monuments, monument restoration, foundation refurbishing, bronze plaques and so much more.

Monuments and Headstones

There are many options when it comes to designing and choosing a monument. Size, color, shape, and font are all important decisions that need to be made when choosing a monument. It is also important to check with your cemetery to see what regulations are in place.

Monument Restoration

Over time, some monuments can get a bit dirty and can have algae growth on them. Each monument that we restore gets a chemical bath directly in the cemetery to ensure the algae and lichen that are deep within the pores of the granite are removed.

Foundation Refurbishing

Over time, some foundations can begin to sink into the ground or lean. Often the cause is due to frost or being installed originally incorrectly. In order to prevent this in the future, we after to remove the monument, old foundation, and repour a new concrete foundation.

Bronze Plaques

Bronze plaques can come in multiple sizes and are installed either on a concrete backer, granite backer, or on a monument. Plaques can be used as an individual marker, companion marker, or used as a dedication.

Options for Veterans

We work closely with veteran’s affairs and are able to obtain a veteran’s monument or medallion at no cost. There is a wide variety of choices from marble uprights to granite flush markers, all the way to granite flush plaques.

Vases and Cameos

There are a wide selection of vases and cameos to choose from when personalizing a monument. When picking out a vase they can either be made out of metal granite, or bronze. Cameos can be embedded or adhered to the granite of a monument. Both vases and cameos come in many different shapes and sizes.
